OVX Markets is an online forex and CFD broker that offers trading in currencies, spot metals, indices, commodities, futures and cryptocurrencies through the MetaTrader 5 platform. The broker markets itself as a "true ECN" provider with RAW interbank spreads, execution from about 0.1 seconds and access to top-tier FX liquidity providers.

Its stated mission is to combine advanced technology with personal service: account managers, personal training for new clients, real-time margin monitoring and a negative balance protection policy. On its homepage, OVX Markets claims more than 90,000 active clients and a global trading community.

OVX Markets at a glance

OVX Markets describes itself as a regulated broker and promotes insured client funds, segregation of client money and a negative balance protection policy. However, as of October 2026 its website does not name a regulator or publish a license number that can be checked on a public register.

Its contact address is in Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, where the FSA does not license forex brokers. The website also lists a London (UK) address, which is a company registration address rather than an FCA license.

OVX Markets offers three live account types. All of them are commission-free, allow Expert Advisors (EAs) and advertise no swap charges, which makes them effectively swap-free (Islamic-friendly) by default. The main differences are the minimum deposit, typical spread and maximum leverage.

Which OVX Markets account should you choose?

Basic is the sensible starting point: $100 is enough to test execution and withdrawals without much exposure. Standard trims the spread to 0.8 pips, which matters if you trade several lots a week. Premium brings spreads down to 0.3 pips, but its 1:2000 leverage is a tool that can destroy an account in minutes, so only experienced traders with strict risk rules should consider it.

A demo account is also available from the sign-up page, so you can practise on MT5 with virtual funds before risking real money.

OVX Markets uses a spread-only pricing model. You pay no separate commission per lot on any account; the broker's cost is built into the bid/ask spread. Its marketing says spreads start from 0.0 pips on raw ECN pricing, while the account table lists typical minimums of 1.0, 0.8 and 0.3 pips.

These figures are competitive with many offshore ECN brokers. Keep in mind that spreads widen during news releases, rollover and low-liquidity hours, so your real cost may be higher than the advertised minimum.

Swap and non-trading fees

All three accounts advertise no swap charges, which is attractive for swing traders who hold positions overnight. OVX Markets does not publish a fee schedule for inactivity, deposits or withdrawals, so ask support for written confirmation before you fund.

Leverage explained

Leverage of 1:2000 means a $100 margin can control a $200,000 position. A price move of just 0.05% against you would wipe out that margin. Leverage magnifies profits and losses equally — it does not make a strategy better. Most professional traders use effective leverage below 1:10.

OVX Markets says clients can choose from 6 asset classes and more than 200 trading instruments, including over 70 major, minor and exotic currency pairs.

OVX Markets runs exclusively on MetaTrader 5 (MT5), the multi-asset successor to MT4. MT5 offers 21 timeframes, 38 built-in indicators, an economic calendar, Depth of Market, hedging and netting modes, and full support for Expert Advisors written in MQL5.

A WebTrader version runs in the browser for traders who cannot install software. OVX Markets does not offer cTrader, TradingView integration or a proprietary platform, so traders who prefer those tools will need to adapt to MT5.

Execution speed

The broker advertises order execution from 0.1 seconds. In practice, execution depends on your connection and server location. Scalpers should test fills on a demo and a small live account during London and New York sessions before scaling up.

OVX Markets says you can fund your account with "any of the deposit methods" in the client area, but the public website does not list the specific methods, currencies or processing fees. Through its Local Payment Exchanger partner network, the broker also accepts local bank wires and e-wallets in some regions, which can help traders in countries where international transfers are slow.

On withdrawals, OVX Markets states that about 90% of requests are processed automatically. The remaining 10% may require additional verification, AML reviews, bank confirmation or manual approval. The broker also reserves the right to delay, reverse or restrict withdrawals where it suspects bonus abuse, arbitrage, unauthorised payment methods or incomplete verification.

Typical bonus rules to check

• Verification: you will usually need to complete KYC before the bonus is credited.
• Volume requirement: profits become withdrawable only after a set number of lots.
• Profit cap: no deposit bonuses normally limit how much profit you can withdraw.
• Abuse rules: OVX Markets states it can cancel bonuses linked to arbitrage, multiple accounts or suspicious trading.

The partnership side is where OVX Markets is most detailed. It publishes full commission tables, which many brokers keep private. There are four partner types:

CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) plan

Affiliates get a fixed payment for each first-time depositor (FTD). OVX Markets says payments usually range from $150 to $400 depending on the client's country tier.

To qualify, each referred client needs a minimum $500 deposit and 5 standard lots of volume. Partners introducing 1–10 active traders per month earn up to $250 per client; 11 or more active traders unlocks up to $400.
