1.4. The promotion starts on 11 December, 13:00 UTC, and runs until the first 500 Participants are selected, or until 18 December, 13:00 UTC, whichever comes first. When the promotion finishes, the Organizer will publish a closing announcement on the official Discord channel.

1.5. Each Participant must read these Terms & Conditions before joining the promotion.

1.6. By taking part in the promotion, the Participant agrees to all the rules in this document.

2. Definitions

  1. “Organizer” means 8Tech SVG Ltd.
  2. “Participant” means any person who joins the promotion and meets all the required conditions.
  3. “Prize” means a 25 USDT non-withdrawable Credit Bonus credited to the Participant’s SimpleFX account. Profits earned from trading with this bonus can be withdrawn.

3. Award Conditions

3.1. The Organizer has a fixed pool of 500 Credit Bonuses, each worth 25 USDT, which will be given to the first 500 Participants who meet all conditions.

3.2. To qualify for the Prize, a Participant must complete all of the following:

  • Join the official SimpleFX Discord server.
  • Register a new SimpleFX account using the landing page shared on the Discord server, or already have a SimpleFX account that was created via the same promotional landing page.
  • Create, or already have, an active USDT trading account.
  • Submit a valid participation form.

3.3. The SimpleFX team will review the time and correctness of all submissions to select the first 500 Participants who qualify.

4. Final Provisions and Restrictions

4.1. The Prize is credited in USDT to the Participant’s SimpleFX account, according to the account type selected by the Participant.

4.2. If a Participant provides a wrong email address, or an email that is not linked to any SimpleFX account, the Prize is lost and passed to the next eligible Participant.

4.3. Each Participant can receive the Prize only once in this promotion.

4.4. Each person can register only one account. This will be checked during the KYC verification.

4.5. Prizes will be credited within 14 working days after the promotion ends, or once all 500 winners are confirmed, whichever happens first.

4.6. The Credit Bonus can be used only for trading on the SimpleFX platform. Any profit made from trading with the Bonus can be withdrawn by the client. The Bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn.

4.7. The Credit Bonus is subject to separate Credit Bonus Terms & Conditions. If a client submits a withdrawal request before the Bonus is fully used, the entire Credit Bonus will be removed and forfeited.
